Shipping process begins after receiving the payment. International shipment charges are borne by the buyer (credit cards are not accepted).

All worldwide shipments are fully insured to protect the value of your purchased watches during delivery.

International shipments typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Customers are responsible for all delivery charges, including duties, insurance, tax and others.

Rates are vary based on destination, item value, and payment method. Our aim is to provide competitive rates while ensuring the secure transportation of your luxury items.

BaBa Trading will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries and/or individuals in accordance with the law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Hand Delivery for High-Value Orders

Hand delivery service is available. We personally deliver high-value watches to your doorstep for international orders.

Hand delivery service cost is vary according to the value of the purchase item(s).

Warranty & Repair Policy
BaBa Hong Kong provides high-quality watches to every customer. Please read the warranty and repair policy to understand the coverage and procedures in case of any issues.
Watch Warranty
We are not the official dealer of the luxury watches that we sell. Every watch enjoys its warranty from the manufacturer. It commences when you purchase the item, although the duration of the warranty varies according to the official company’s policy.
Repair Policy
Please return the purchased item if technical issue(s) arises. We have an experience service team to assess the watch accordingly. The repair time will depend on the nature and extent of the damage.
Coverage under Warranty:
The warranty is limited exclusively to manufacturing defects. It does not extend to damages such as those affecting the finish, diamonds, crystals, or straps (including white gold, steel, fabric, rubber, or leather) that arise from normal wear and tear, nor does it cover damage incurred from using the watch in conditions that surpass the manufacturer's specified water resistance limits, or from physical and/or accidental misuse.
If it is opened or fixed by a third party, the warranty will be ceased automatically.
Return Shipping Expenses:

We cover shipping expenses for returning repaired watches for the local customers.

Shipping expenses are borne by the customer for international shipping.

BaBa Hong Kong is not responsible for any damages and/or loss for and/or during the international shipping. Insurance is recommended before the shipment departs.
Return Policy
If any customer needs to return an item, please read the return policy before returning.
Return Eligibility

All returns must be made within 7 calendar days upon receiving the watch.

Item should be in its original condition, including all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact.

All accessories, boxes, and papers that came with the item are returned along with it.

Returns of orders are subject to the approval of BaBa Hong Kong.
For Special Orders
The Watches with the following criteria are considered as special orders at Luxury Souq:

Limited edition

Special and/or antique craftsmanship

Watches specifically ordered at the customer’s request.

Timepieces not originally belonging to the store and consigned by others.
Special orders, as defined above, are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. Any advance payments or deposits made for special orders are also non-refundable. All special orders are subject to approval by BaBa Hong Kong.
For Local Orders

Customers within the local area will get the free return process.

BaBa Hong Kong inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards before processing the refund.
For International Orders

Customers outside outside of Hong Kong are responsible for return shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes.

The item must be returned in its original condition, and any damage or loss during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

It is advised to use a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund process is able to initiate.
For Consignment Orders

Return process for consignment items is subject to the approval of the product source’s management.

Guidelines and conditions for returning consignment items are established by the source.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refund process is able to initiate.

The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

Any transaction charges that were applied during the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds for items will be conditional to on the market value of the watch at the time of the refund.
